Joining Girl Scouts
All members, K-12th grade, are considered Girl Scouts.
Each fall, we form new Kindergarten troops and new troops at any age level with enough interested girls and two adult volunteers. Troops are formed with 5 or more girls of the same grade.

Most troops meet twice per month for 1-2 hours at a school or church. Daisies normally meet for 1 hour. In addition to troop activities, there are several Loveland Girl Scout Service Unit activities each year such as the Me & My Guy Dance, Me & My Gal Movie Night, service days, roller skating, and more!
The annual membership fee is $25 which goes to the Girl Scouts of the USA. New troops will also have a troop activity fee and uniform cost of $50-100 for the first year. Existing troops may have an activity fee as well.
Only an organization provided for girls and WITH girls can give you the BEST leadership opportunities for girls. More...
