Leadership Meetings

When: 4th Tuesday of each month, 6:30–8:00 p.m.
Where: Beehive Lodge, Camp Butterworth
What: Connect with other leaders, learn of events, help steer our service unit.

Make sure to send at least one troop representative to each meeting (this doesn't have to be a Troop Co-Leader):

What to Expect

Each meeting offers a chance for troop leaders to connect, share ideas, and collaborate on what's working in your troops. The small-group discussions are informal and flexible—perfect for asking questions, brainstorming activities, troubleshooting challenges, and learning from peers.

The final 30 minutes (7:30–8:00 p.m.) are dedicated to small-group discussions, idea sharing, and networking—a great opportunity to connect with fellow leaders and exchange best practices.

Next Season Planning

Our May 25th meeting is special! It will be held at PIG Candy BBQ (same times: 6:30–8:00 p.m.) and will focus on planning for the next year. Note that this meeting will be in-person only—virtual attendance will not be available.
